Insert Image+ An Extension for Dreamweaver MX & Up

Before Insert Image+ the only way to get Dreamweaver to insert ALT text for every image was to turn on accessibility options for images. This was a pain though, because every time you inserted an image Dreamweaver would pop open a window where you had to type the ALT text in. Those days are history. With Insert Image+ your ALT and TITLE attributes are added automatically when an images is inserted.

"Magic characters" allow Insert Image+ to assign unique ALT and TITLE text to each image you insert. You can include such things as the file size, height, width, and name in your ALT and TITLE text automatically. You don't have to type anything — it's all automatic. You just set it and forget it!

ignore specific images

Most don't want their spacer images to have big long ALT and TITLE attributes. With Insert Image+ you can have it ignore spacer images, or any other images you specify. You just tell Insert Image+ which images you want it to ignore. Insert Image+ can be configured to insert an empty ALT attribute even for ignored images so that your page will continue to be valid HTML.
